What to Expect from your Estimate

Every major hotel corporation (or "flag") requires a design board containing samples of all design concept materials used for guest rooms and public areas. A specially-created design concept board will be planned and designed for you with your chosen and approved materials. Specification must be submitted to your flag headquarters for approval prior to beginning your project. Upon approval, Designs in Comfort will measure and count for all finishes; supply estimates; control communications; and schedule payments and deliveries.
